Ingredients:

  • 80g of white chocolate
  • 2-3 teaspoons of matcha powder (amount can be changed depending on intensity of flavour desired)
  • 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 40g of fine sugar/caster sugar
  • 40g of butter (with a little extra to grease your ramekins)
