Glow Festival by Prudential 2025 returns from 5 to 13 July at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza, and this year’s edition is bigger, bolder, and more immersive than ever. This year’s festival reimagines what it means to feel good, offering a playful, powerful mix of movement, music, and modern self-care.

Here are a few highlights you might love:

Sunrise Rave Runs
Wake up, run then rave. These high-vibe, alcohol-free mornings feature a curated DJ lineup (shoutout to Beans&Beats), energising group runs, and a reward that’s very Singapore: specialty coffee to go from local bakery LUME. Yes, you can run, dance and have breakfast all before 9AM.

SG60 Ultra Marathon (60KM Overnight Run)
For the bold: Singapore’s first-ever 60KM urban ultra marathon, co-presented with Noble, celebrates SG’s 60th birthday in the most meaningful way. Held overnight, the run supports mental health awareness, with part of proceeds going to Samaritans of Singapore.

Movement That Moves You
Global headliners like Dylan Werner (yoga & breathwork), Olivia May (elite sprinter + trainer), and Dannibelle Robertson (body confidence coach) lead sessions that stretch body and soul. Whether you’re into HIIT, slow flow, or simply good vibes: there’s space for you.

Wellness with Soul
Glow is redefining wellness as an experience that’s not just about fitness, but how we feel, connect, and care about ourselves and each other. From mental health workshops to conversations around identity, fertility, and emotional resilience, this year’s programming invites you to recharge, reset, and reconnect with your people, your pace, and your purpose.
