Also referred to as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a celebration of the end of the autumn harvest in Chinese culture. It is held on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month.

In Singapore, kids and children alike can be seen carrying decorative lanterns and eating mooncakes shaped like the full moon that signifies reunion. Be sure to check out stunning lantern displays in different parts of Singapore like Jurong Lakeside and Gardens by the Bay.
