Take a culinary trip to Penang with the halal-certified Kedai Penang Buffet at 21 on Rajah, located within Aloft Singapore Novena’s East Wing.

Curated by Penang-born Assistant Chef de Cuisine Jason Ang, the buffet celebrates the island’s distinctive street-food culture and heritage flavours, with dishes such as Penang Assam Laksa, Char Kuey Teow with Cockles, seafood and grilled specialities.

The strongest deal remains the Dine 4, Pay 2 lunch promotion, available until 10 September. Groups dining in the evening have two different offers depending on date: Dine 4, Pay 3 until 5 September, followed by a special S$3++ second diner promotion from 6 to 10 September.

EP Tip

For groups of four adults, the Dine 4, Pay 2 lunch promotion offers the clearest value. Weekday lunch works out to an effective S$30++ per adult, while weekend lunch comes to S$35++ per adult.

If you prefer dinner, timing matters. The Dine 4, Pay 3 deal ends on 5 September, but from 6 to 10 September, every full-paying adult can bring a second diner for just S$3++, subject to a minimum of four diners per table.
