AIRZONE, the world’s first indoor suspended playground exclusive to City Square Mall (CSM), announced a new community partnership with three social service agencies (SSAs) based in CONNECT @ CSM (CONNECT).

Running throughout June and July 2026 (until 31 July), the initiative aims to provide children, youths and families in need with an exhilarating, active alternative to screen time. AIRZONE is also raising funds to support long-term family bonding for families of the incarcerated in collaboration with its customers.

CONNECT is located on Level 4 and Basement 2 of the mall. It is a purpose-built space dedicated to enhancing family wellness. It houses a collective of five SSAs providing a first-stop service where families can feel connected and supported to strengthen their relationships together.

One of the SSAs located within CONNECT is The Salvation Army (TSA). At CONNECT, TSA runs Kids in Play, a programme that provides support to families of incarcerated persons through the creation of a safe space to address the impact of incarceration on families and barrier-free visits.

A key aspect of their work is to help rebuild familial bonds and facilitate the reintegration of incarcerated persons with their families.

In a bid to lend an extra helping hand, AIRZONE is collaborating with TSA throughout the month of June and July, offering a tiered programme of complimentary and accessible play.

Beyond active playtime on the nets, AIRZONE in collaboration with its customers will be contributing dining vouchers for families supported by the Kids in Play initiative. From now till 31 July, AIRZONE will contribute S$1 to Kids in Play from every ticket purchased by members of the public.

To honour the specific needs highlighted by social workers at Kids in Play, the raised funds will be distributed to beneficiary families in the form of dining vouchers. These vouchers will be explicitly dedicated to funding family bonding meals and sessions, creating precious opportunities for families to reconnect away from life’s daily pressures.

Members of the public who are looking to do more can also donate to TSA via a QR code which will be made available at AIRZONE.

Aside from supporting families of the Kids in Play initiative through a public crowd-funding campaign, AIRZONE is also opening the doors to its suspended net playground to families from Kampong Kapor Community Services (KKCS), Singapore Children’s Society (SCS) and The Salvation Army (TSA) – through a tiered programme of complimentary and accessible play.

Recognising the importance of physical play and real-world interaction for youth development, AIRZONE is providing heavily discounted play sessions for the three SSA beneficiaries and has committed a total of 1,770 discounted play slots over the school holiday period to maximise community reach.

AIRZONE is also making a conscious effort to protect playtime for children and their families. Designed hand-in-hand with social workers, this initiative ensures that vulnerable families have a space to laugh, play, and build stronger emotional bonds. The campaign offers a fresh, compelling perspective on corporate giving – one that rethinks what lower-income families truly need to thrive, not just survive.
