As soon as the smoke machine hits, you know you’re in for a workout. After about 50 minutes, you can close up to 350 to 500 calories.

While it doesn’t have an actual studio, Singapore’s first virtual cycling class Spin Out does let you connect your bike to the Zwift or Smart Trainer to access the virtual training. What makes the experience unique is the usage of real bicycles.
