The restaurant’s buffet stations and kitchen are halal-certified, serving a rotating selection of Asian and international dishes in a nature-inspired setting overlooking the hotel’s greenery.
Peppermint’s current Roast & Grill experience celebrates fire-led cooking through its Smoke & Char Collection. Highlights include flame-grilled meats, sustainably sourced seafood, wok-fried signatures and slow-cooked claypot dishes.
The buffet also features Peppermint favourites such as its Seafood and Lobster Laksa Tower, freshly sliced sashimi and Signature Durian Pengat.
Eligible Citi cardholders can receive 10% or 20% off dining until 31 October 2026, depending on their card. American Express cardholders can enjoy 10% savings until 30 April 2027.

EP Tip
Monday-to-Thursday lunch has the lowest usual adult price at S$72++. If the Citi 20% privilege applies, the effective price would be S$57.60++ per adult.
Among the published card privileges, eligible premium Citi cards provide the largest potential discount. Other Citi cards and eligible American Express cards offer 10% savings.
Because the current buffet is a themed dining experience, do not assume that every card privilege applies automatically. Contact Peppermint before reserving, state the date and meal period, and ask whether the relevant card promotion can be applied to that session.
Families may find the Sunday lunch particularly convenient because it combines a seafood-focused buffet with child-friendly selections and access to the hotel’s Gnomey Hollows playroom.
Muslim diners can also approach the hotel team for access to the prayer rooms on Level 6.
