Meet accredited interior designers, compare home products and learn how to approach a renovation at HomeFest 2.0 in Suntec Singapore.

New and prospective homeowners can research several major renovation decisions in one place when HomeFest 2.0 arrives at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Running from 18 to 20 September 2026, the three-day homeowner event brings together interior designers, furniture companies, appliance brands and other home-service providers.

Visitors can attend renovation masterclasses, speak directly with designers, explore products and compare different approaches before deciding which firms or services suit their homes.

Meet Accredited Interior Designers

HomeFest is positioned as a practical event for homeowners who are preparing to renovate a BTO flat, resale property or condominium.

According to the organiser, the participating interior design studios are screened and carry relevant credentials such as CaseTrust accreditation, HDB licensing, BCA registration or bizSAFE certification.

Visitors can hold consultations with different designers, discuss their floor plans and compare proposed styles, services and renovation approaches without travelling between multiple showrooms.

Homeowners should still conduct their own checks before appointing a firm. Confirm its current credentials, read the proposed contract carefully and ensure that every quotation provides an itemised breakdown of the work involved.

Explore More Than 50 Home and Lifestyle Brands

More than 50 participating brands will present products and services covering appliances, furniture, mattresses, lighting, flooring, paint, curtains, smart-home technology and digital locks.

Brands highlighted by the organiser include Dyson, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Midea, Nippon Paint and Gain City, alongside companies specialising in different aspects of furnishing and maintaining a home.

Visitors can compare products in person and ask questions about measurements, warranties, installation requirements and after-sales support.

Show-exclusive deals and hourly promotions are expected throughout the weekend. Read the redemption requirements and cancellation conditions before making any major commitment solely because an offer is time-limited.

Learn How to Plan a Renovation

Fifteen complimentary masterclasses are scheduled across the three-day event, covering common questions and risks encountered during a home renovation.

Topics include spotting warning signs before hiring an interior designer, reading an itemised quotation, understanding renovation differences between BTO flats, resale properties and condominiums, and deciding which smart-home features provide practical value.

Other sessions will examine kitchens and wet areas, renovation deposits and the safeguards associated with CaseTrust-accredited businesses.

Every attendee is also expected to receive a printed renovation playbook covering different stages of the process, subject to the organiser’s availability and admission conditions.

Look Out for Gifts, Deals and Lucky Draws

The event includes daily lucky draws, promotional vouchers, gift packs and prizes supplied by participating brands.

The organiser has advertised more than $150,000 worth of prizes, including electronics, appliances, furniture packages and renovation vouchers. Daily draws are scheduled for 6pm.

Selected renovation packages may also qualify for furniture redemptions or additional discounts. Spending thresholds, stock limitations and other terms and conditions apply.

These incentives should be treated as extras rather than the principal reason for appointing a renovation firm. The suitability of the designer, clarity of the contract and quality of the proposed work remain more important.

Our Take

HomeFest 2.0 could be useful for homeowners who are still researching their renovation and want to compare multiple designers, products and services within a single visit.

Its strongest value lies in the opportunity to ask practical questions, inspect products and learn what should appear in a quotation or contract before committing to a project.

EP Tip: Bring your floor plan, a list of essential works and an approximate budget. Avoid signing immediately if you have not checked the firm independently or compared its quotation with other proposals.
