Objectifs is keeping its doors open after dark for SaturLate: Singapore Night Festival 2026 Edition, an evening celebrating the playful and tactile worlds of photography and filmmaking.
Taking place within Singapore’s creative arts district, the event brings together hands-on workshops, traditional darkroom practices, independent creatives and photography enthusiasts. Admission to the main event is free, although separate fees apply for the workshops.

What’s Happening at SaturLate
Colour Montage Bookmark Workshop
Inspired by the vibrant colour slides of Cultural Medallion recipient Tan Lip Seng, this hands-on workshop invites participants to transform their own photographs into luminous bookmarks using translucent coloured cellophane.
The session includes a special curator’s tour of Tan Lip Seng: A Life in Colour, followed by an exploration of how colour and light can change the mood of an image. All materials are provided, although participants must submit two digital photographs before the workshop.

Darkroom Roundup and Photogram Workshop
Discover black-and-white film photography and traditional darkroom printing through a showcase featuring works by past participants of Objectifs’ Black & White workshops.
Visitors can also register for a photogram workshop conducted by Mary-Ann Teo and learn how photographic images can be created without a camera.

Slow Goods Market
Browse handmade goods, independently published zines and thoughtfully curated finds from local creatives at the Slow Goods Market.
Participating vendors include At Moments Like These, the Singapore Street Photography Collective and Shrub. Visitors can also have their portrait taken at Jay Lim’s large-format Instax photo booth.

Acoustic Performance by Mersie Tee
Wind down in the Objectifs courtyard with an intimate acoustic performance by Singaporean singer-songwriter and artist Mersie Tee.

EP Tip
Admission to SaturLate and its marketplace, displays and acoustic performance is free. However, places for the Colour Montage Bookmark and Photogram workshops are limited, so register in advance if you would like to participate.
