SpoOktober 2026: Detention After Dark returns to Singapore with three weekends of Halloween festivities at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir, Bukit Batok and Khatib.
Each clubhouse presents a different chapter of a haunted-school storyline, inviting visitors to explore themed scare zones featuring live actors while enjoying carnival games, crafts and festive refreshments.
The event combines scares for older children and adults with gentler activities for younger visitors, making it an option for families with different comfort levels.

Three Haunted Schools Across Three Weekends
Rather than repeating the same experience at every location, SpoOktober 2026 unfolds across three themed chapters.
The First Assembly — Bedok Reservoir
17–18 October 2026: The opening chapter takes place at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir, where a haunted school near the water sets the stage for eerie encounters and scare zones.
Visitors can explore the attractions featuring live scare actors before heading to the carnival activities for a lighter Halloween experience.
The Night Walk — Bukit Batok
24–25 October 2026: The second chapter moves to HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok, bringing another haunted-school experience to the western part of Singapore.
The weekend features its own themed scares alongside Halloween games and activities for families.
The Last Class — Khatib
31 October–1 November 2026: The final chapter arrives at HomeTeamNS Khatib over Halloween weekend, concluding the Detention After Dark storyline.
Visitors can expect a larger scare-zone experience, with four scare zones reported for the final weekend, alongside the event’s family-friendly activities.
Scare Zones, Carnival Games and Trick-or-Treating
The haunted-school scare zones are among SpoOktober’s main attractions, with live actors, darkened spaces and sudden scares designed for visitors who enjoy a more thrilling Halloween experience.
Those who prefer something less frightening can explore carnival games, face painting, craft activities, snacks and refreshments at the participating clubhouses.
Families can also enjoy complimentary trick-or-treating from 7pm to 8pm on the event dates, with roaming Halloween characters handing out sweet treats. The trick-or-treat activity is designed without jump scares.
Parents should note: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult inside the scare zones. Families with younger children may prefer to focus on the carnival and trick-or-treating activities.

Single admission tickets are priced according to HomeTeamNS membership status, with Duo and Party of 5 packages also available.

Tickets are required for children aged four and above. Selected activities require paid admission, while the complimentary trick-or-treating sessions are open to visitors.

Advance booking is recommended, as walk-in tickets are subject to availability.
